How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.
You will be able to review all shipping options and costs before completing your purchase.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
All orders are shipped from Kathmandu, Nepal.
We use reliable, tracked, and signed-for courier services. Domestic orders typically ship via NCM(Nepal Can Move), Pathao, and inDrive. International orders are shipped via DHL.
When will you ship my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after receipt of payment. If we need any further information from you (for example, size confirmation or address verification), dispatch may be delayed slightly.
In such cases, we will contact you via email.
Must my delivery be signed for?
Yes. Due to the value of our products, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
If you request that we waive this signature requirement, you accept full responsibility for any loss or non-delivery after the parcel leaves our facility.
Where do you ship to?
We ship everywhere our domestic and international courier services support.
